Training Description: |
The Pyramid Model provides guidance for early childhood educators, early intervention personnel, families and other professionals on the evidence-based practices for promoting young children’s healthy social/emotional development.
The model describes three tiers of intervention practice:
Universal promotion for all children;
Secondary preventions to address the intervention needs for children at risk of social emotional delays, and
Tertiary interventions needed for children with persistent challenges.
We are now offering Pyramid Model: Birth-5 workshops. While you will receive credit for each workshop
taken, you will need to take Workshops 1, 2, and 3 in order to complete the entirety of Module 1. It is
recommended to take the workshops in order.
This is a public workshop series hosted by Life Four Corners and will be facilitated ONLINE via
Zoom. All registrants will receive the link and materials via e-mail; these will also be available
in the Registry events. Please be sure your device has a working camera and microphone. |
