During this one-day training, participants will explore the indicators of strong fidelity found in the Coaching to Fidelity tool. Participants will learn approaches for building relationships, along with tips for using The Creative Curriculum® for Preschool effectively. Participants will reflect on their implementation of The Creative Curriculum® for Preschool to create an Individualized Professional Development Plan based on their unique strengths and needs. Participants will be able to use their Plans to improve their use of The Creative Curriculum® with fidelity and develop dynamic classrooms and positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues. This course is for teachers and caregivers who have already completed Sessions 1 and 2 of The Creative Curriculum for Preschool and have been implementing the curriculum for at least six months. |
