In this second training session of The Creative Curriculum for Infants, Toddlers & Twos series, teachers and caregivers will explore their role in promoting the healthy social–emotional development of infants, toddlers, and two-year-olds. Practical strategies for building and maintaining partnerships with children’s families that are based on trust, cultural awareness, and mutual respect will also be explored. Participants should bring the following to this two-day training: Curriculum Volumes 1-3; sweater or light jacket; notebook and pen; lunch (or plan to purchase lunch at a local eatery). Participants should have already completed Session 1 prior to taking this class. |
